Our team wants to focus on supporting one another while respecting people’s time and efforts. We have divided our norms into three main buckets of work that we will be collaborating on throughout the rest of the quarter:

Assignments

  • Given that we have 6 people, it will critical to have clear and equal division of tasks
  • Orienting our work to the rubric while still providing room for imagination
  • Be willing to play to one another’s strengths, setting each other up to succeed in our division of work

Meetings

  • Be willing to work offline and complete our individual components with enough time to come together and synthesize
  • Utilize time in class wisely and effectively; we have committed to being productive during that time

Feedback

  • We encourage open communication as our situations evolve throughout the quarter
  • We want to debrief assignment feedback and brainstorm how to adjust our workflow moving forward appropriately
  • We commit to showing empathy for our team members and for ourselves
  • We will assume best intent, but also hold each other accountable as necessary

We are looking forward to completing Project 2 while keeping a supportive and fun team environment!
